PRICES
All prices are VAT inclusive.
AVAILABILITY
We do our utmost to ensure availability and that shipping takes place within the published shipping times.
TAILOR-MADE STOCK
The Pink Boudoir will not he held liable for any incorrect fitting or size of tailor-made items should the client not have been measured by a Pink Boudoir consultant.
The Pink Boudoir will not be held liable for any incorrect fitting or size of tailor-made items due to fluctuation in weight of the client.
SHIPPING
This is the time needed for us to collect items from our warehouse or suppliers and physically ship your items.
Shipping usually takes place within five working days of receiving payment. Please allow for delays when items are "marked out of stock".
Items marked with "Tailor-made" have longer shipping periods than stock items.
Please note: if items with different shipping times are ordered together, the item with the longest shipping time will determine the shipping time of the other items included in the order.
VIA POST OFFICE / POSTNET
Shipping with the SA Post Office / Postnet is counter-to-counter with tracking numbers. This means the items are shipped to your nearest Post Office / Postnet Counter where you must go and collect your item with your ID document. You select the destination SA Post Office / Postnet branch eg. SA Post Office Sandton City (shipping address) at time of placing your order. Your tracking number is emailed to you once the item has been shipped from our warehouse.
We cannot accept responsibility for orders shipped via SA Post Office / Postnet that are held up at their depots for any reason nor will we accept responsibility for items arriving damaged should you choose this method of shipping. Delays are the absolute exception according to our experience and shipping via this method is the most cost effective soltution.
DELIVERY
Our Delivery times depend on availability of stock and clearance of your payment. Most items are in stock (unless otherwise specified on the product description) and in this case you will receive your goods 3-5 days (bank transfer) or 3-5 days (credit card) after order placement.
We will confirm your order within 24 hours of receipt. If items are out of stock it can take up to 15 working days to receive your order. Upon confirmation of your order you will be provided with an estimated ship date. Should there be a delay with regard to your delivery, you will be notified in email from The Pink Boudoir team. Please note that The Pink Boudoir will not be held liable for any delays caused by a third party.
You will be provided with a notification and tracking number once your item has shipped.
If you have a query with your order once you have received it or have an item missing you need to contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Thereafter, we cannot entertain any queries for missing items after 14 days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES
We ship to Namibia, Botswana and Swaziland for a flat rate of R400 for packages les than 1KG. This ships to your nearest Post Office and takes up to 5 days. Please contact The Pink Boudoir to arrange shipping. Note we only accept bank transfers for international orders.
KEEPING TRACK OF YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped via courier services, you will be e-mailed a Waybill Number.
Orders shipped via the SA Postal Service / Postnet are assigned a Tracking Number. Your item can be tracked via the internet on www.sapo.co.za or by the toll-free number (0860 023 133) or by calling your local Postnet Counter.
REFUSAL OF DELIVERY
If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges incurred by The Pink Boudoir. Once we receive the package back on our premises, we will issue the customer a credit for the purchase price less the shipping costs of shipping the package back to you. These shipping charges will also be deducted when products were shipped under a free shipping promotion. This does not apply to packages that appear to be damaged in shipping.
CANCELED ORDERS
You cannot cancel an order after it is shipped and proof of the tracking details has been mailed to you.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Your order will be shipped to the shipping address supplied by you, when payment has been received. The Pink Boudoir cannot be held accountable for non-delivery as a result of incorrect shipping details supplied upon checkout.
Please notify us as soon as possible if you would like changes made to your shipping details. Details may not be changed once a package is already in transit.
Packages that are returned or shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer, will be subject to shipping charges.
SPECIAL OFFERS: FREE DELIVERY
When advertised, orders of R2500.00 or more qualify for free delivery via the SA Post Office regular mail. Your order will be delivered to your nearest SA Post Office counter. Delivery time is 3-5 working days, but can take longer due to causes beyond our control.
